Our team is led by Lance Mindry and Jared Stander who collectively have 51 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry. We highly value “Face to Face” interaction so that we can build trust and familiarity with our clients. Our success is governed by action and the ability to be effective. We now focus on all areas in South Africa with branches in Durban, Johannesburg, and Cape Town.
Our core focus lies with tenant procurement and sales in the industrial market. Our secondary focus is to help our clients expand their dynamic property portfolios through the acquisition of stable and solid investment opportunities. This could take the form of retail, commercial, or industrial assets that are income-producing.
Our team consists of Benjamin Van Luyk and Janine Basel who focus on Kwazulu Natal and are highly effective in lease procurement and sales. Carol Mclaren is our company secretary, office and compliance manager. We like to have a small team as we place a high emphasis on quality over quantity.
